Janet Watts was a mentor for Charlotte Bieri, who helped her realize her potential of achieving her dreams and moving ahead without looking back. This scholarship is awarded in her name for the huge impact she made in Charlotte’s life by providing support, encouragement, and motivation to do her best.

Criteria to qualify for this scholarship:

• Graduating high school senior from Caseville High School
• Minimum GPA of 2.5
• Plan on attending a post-secondary educational institution

• Turn in completed application which isavailable at the school
• Include an essay describing the steps the applicant would be willing to take to improve the elderly community
